Acceptance of Terms
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions of use before accessing this
website. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms, conditions and
disclaimers regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

Delivery of Downloads
There will be no contract of any kind between you and The Sacred School of Om Na / Wisdom of the Light unless and until you
confirm your order for a download (including receiving payment from you, if applicable). Please ensure that you provide the correct
email address as otherwise you will be unable to receive the downloads via email.

Cancellation and Defective Downloads
We make downloads of Content available to you through www.RomanCart.com . Once www.RomanCart.com have confirmation of
your order (including receiving payment from you, if applicable) www.RomanCart.com  computer systems will make a download
button available to begin sending the digital information to your computer.
Therefore, once you have confirmed your order, you cannot cancel.
Please note downloads expire after 48 hours

Refund Policy
Due to the digital content refunds are not given
If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please email
Customer Services and, where this is due to our default, we will replace or refund the download.

Prices and Payment
You can pay by any Master card, Visa or Maestro card. Your card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of
unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at this
time.
Orders are only accepted from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for
example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an
order through an unsecured connection.

By using this website, you are permitted to download Channelled Material. A "Download" is a purchased Material that is capable of
being transferred to a compatible portable device, saved to your hard drive and burned to a CD.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious
order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The Sacred School of Om Na / Wisdom of the light may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new
version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by
those new terms.
